What Should I Wear?
The Speedo with a top for the ladies, and of course, some of the men is the preferred attire. Do you need to wear a Speedo to run? No, but it helps cut down on the wind resistance. How about some Holiday Flair? Bring your Santa hats, antlers, cleverly placed mistletoe, Mrs. Claus, elf, or polar bear costumes and just have some fun.
What To Bring?
Please bring a minimum donation of $25 or your pledge sheet with all the checks. Please have checks made out to The Albany Society.
Please bring a bag to store your street clothes in. ASAP, The Damien Center,Lionheart, and Oh Bar are not responsible for lost or stolen bags. Remember : bring your pledge sheet, and checks too!
